Disability Support Worker
Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants in their homes and community across Sydney.
About the role
Australian Carers is an organisation borne out of the urgent need to fill the gap left by NDIS agencies that are not participant focused. We operate from a person-centred, strengths-based approach, providing quality support and consistency for our clients and staff.
We believe in the empowerment of our clients, operating fully from the position of client choice and control. We are a proud NDIS registered provider and work in collaboration with our clients to achieve their unique and individual goals.
We are seeking motivated and committed people to provide high-quality support to people living with disability. Successful applicants will work closely with a dedicated team of like-minded workers to assist people to achieve their goals. Critical to your success is the ability to form respectful, positive relationships with our clients and follow support plans, which may include enhancing daily life skills, personal care and accessing the community.
