The NDIS system can be complex, and knowing whether you are eligible can be confusing. As a registered NDIS provider, Australian Carers are experts at navigating the process.
Struggling to access funding?
If you have struggled to get access to the scheme, or believe your funding entitlement was unfair, we can put you in contact with an advocate who will work on your behalf to resolve the issue. Our goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible.
The NDIS pays us directly
As a registered NDIS provider, the NDIS pays Australian Carers directly for the support workers we provide, so you do not have the stress of sorting and dealing with payments.

One of our experienced team members meets with you to work out what services and supports you want to access with NDIS funding to achieve your goals. This is a great opportunity for you and your family to ask questions.
If necessary we can refer you to an advocate to act on your behalf with the NDIS. This is a service you are not charged for.
Once your funding is approved, Australian Carers builds a care plan from your Care Needs Assessment. You will see the difference a quality provider makes to your NDIS experience.
NDIS information
NDIS stands for National Disability Insurance Scheme. Around 4.3 million Australians have a disability. The NDIS provides funding to Australians aged under 65 with a permanent and significant disability so they can access the supports they need to live an ordinary life.
As a registered NDIS provider, Australian Carers can help you with accessing your NDIS funds and putting them to work through the supports in your plan.

Already have a plan?
We are registered for all three levels of support coordination. Our coordinators help you understand your plan, connect with providers and community services, monitor your funding and prepare for plan reviews.
