Our support worker team
We have your NDIS supports covered
We have a large workforce to ensure your continuity of support. We go the extra mile so that, regardless of the situation, you will not go without your essential supports.

Continuity of support
Confidence that your supports will not be interrupted
We are a nationally registered NDIS provider delivering essential supports to people living with disability.
As part of our NDIS registration requirements, we must have processes and procedures in place to ensure your supports continue in the event of the unforeseen. More importantly, we know how much it matters to you to have confidence that your chosen provider can keep your supports going should the unavoidable occur. We have the mechanisms in place, and sufficient staff employed, to make sure your support continues no matter what.
Employed workforce
Australian Carers does not use support workers on an ABN, and does not use outside agencies. All our support workers are employees, with ongoing training and development including client-specific training where appropriate. We have staff in Sydney and Rockhampton.
Dedicated scheduling team
Our administrative team has staff dedicated to scheduling your supports and ensuring that, should the unforeseen happen, your supports are not interrupted. Support workers have an after-hours number, staffed by our scheduling team, for sudden unavoidable unavailability.
Proven under pressure
During the COVID-19 pandemic, while other providers scaled back or cancelled supports, ours continued. Australian Carers was named by the NDIS Commission on its COVID-19 response page as a provider that would ensure your supports continued.

In good hands
A team of NDIS support workers chosen for dedication and passion
Our support workers are caring, compassionate and matched to participant needs. Every one of them is subject to the NDIS Code of Conduct and trained to meet or exceed NDIS standards.
